Giddy-up

The doorbell rang at 9:00 this morning, and Garin made a bee-line to the front door to welcome our visitor. What he found instead was a big box from Grandma and Grandpa! I think the photos below capture his reaction better than any attempt I might make at explanation:

A new "night-night" for the boy who loves all things soft! He was actually so excited about the afghan Grandma made that I couldn't draw his attention back to the box. I finally coaxed him into looking further and he found.....

The stick horse that Grandma made!!! And off he went......

YEE-HAWWW!

Mom, I think it's a winner! Thanks for taking the time to make those for him! They'll be lifelong keepsakes.
