Congratulations to our dear friends, Bethany & Brandon, on the birth of their first child, a beautiful baby girl named Kaya Grace!!!!! Many congratulations also go to Grandpa Wally, Grandma Jo, Grandma Cindy, Aunt Briana, Uncle Jared, Aunt Chris, Uncle Randy, Cousin Rachel Cousin Tyler and the entire Shiloh UMC family!!! I can't tell you how much we still miss you all and wish we could be there to share the love today. Save room for us in small group; we're hoping to be back before Kaya's first birthday. ;-)
Kaya Grace was born on June 24th at 2:57 pm. She weighed 9 lb 6 oz and measured 20.25" long. She is absolutely beautiful! When I get permission from her mommy and daddy, I'll post her pic, but I want to make sure it's okay with them first.
What a blessing!
A happy and blessed family. Life is crazy, fun, sometimes messy, and always an adventure. We love it, and we love each other. There is joy in the journey.....

I don't mean to be such a bragging aunt, but I think it's pretty advanced for Garin to do somersaults. I looked online and Nickjr.com says they should be doing them by age 4! Ok, I am a bragging aunt!! The University of Maine Coop. ext. website says a child should do them unassisted between ages 4-5. Ok, let me brag a little! Way to go, Garin!
